This commentary on Romans is the first in the series, each to be published by Quartz Hill Publishing House, and each to be in a concise format. The textual base of the commentary is the venerable American Standard Version of 1901. This Eng-lish version is really one of the best ever produced and it continues to be valuable even now, over 100 years later.
