MEMOIRES du MARQUIS D'ARGENSON, 1825

Rene d'Argenson foreign minister under Louis XV wrote entensive memoires and a number of political and literary treatises. He was a friend of the French Philosophes. The MEMOIRES, 1825 is the first of three editions published after his death and edited by his son.
