Do not read if you do not approve of love, compassion, and empathy. . However, if you do approve of love, compassion, and empathy, this is an excellent read aloud to have those conversations with the littles in your midst. Funny to think that the very basis to humanity and goodness comes into question, but... At any rate, I created this book because of the ongoing conversations I was having as a 2nd grade teacher.
