Indomitable Ideas - The Star Voyager Series - Vol. 14

Indomitable Ideas finds RADM JT Buckton in command of the R&D Division. JT gets to work developing his newest ideas for the fleet; ideas he hopes can make the Alliance of Planets nearly invincible for the next 100 years. His main goal is to put an X-Drive type engine with a new energy source in every ship in the Alliance. He realizes the need for a huge jump in speed for all ships, but unfortunately for him is the need for a lot of financial assistance. To get that assistance he first has to face the legislature; a battle he's never before faced and he's up against some steadfast anti-military legislators, and the fireworks fly! 3 DSE ships, Titan, Thor and Pegasus (JT's wife Kate is still her CMO-Chief Medical Officer) are still exploring the ZQ. They encounter more than one race of really peculiar beings and things get so bizarre out there CAPT Morton tells Ely he wishes JT was here to make the decisions. Many unbelievably crazy things happen and the ending will come as a huge shock to everyone!
