This guide in Spanish is designed to equip adult supporters, including social workers, probation officers and caregivers, with the necessary tools and resources to assist California’s youth between grades 6-12 with experience in foster care to achieve their postsecondary education and career goals. This guide includes grade-specific checklists as well as tips for registering and succeeding in college. Throughout the guide, there are also videos of current and former foster youth sharing insights from their educational journey.
