Unwrapping the Past — The Story of My Life

John D. Foulkes was born right before the country sank into the Great Depression. Even though his family didn’t have much, they had everything they needed, and he and this three brothers grew up in an era when imagination was more important than money. With his roots planted firmly in Southern California, his service in the U.S. Army and careers in banking, executive search and for a Christian humanitarian organization took Foulkes to places many people only dream of going. Always supported by his wife and two daughters, Foulkes credits his Christian faith as the guiding light that he has relied on in his many leadership roles in both religious and secular organizations. And through all of life’s up and downs, he has always had a song in his heart.
