The Kingdom of Heaven

If you haven’t noticed by now, Jesus’ parables should carry a warning label that reads: “Danger! The following story is hazardous to your way of thinking.” Whenever we read or hear Jesus telling a story, He is about to set your concept of religion in its ear. He is about to redefine for us our understanding of God and our understanding about ourselves. In Matthew’s Gospel, Jesus told us that THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN may not be what we think.
