Mix of art and technique, the cocktail bar is a visual and taste experience that can also captivate without using alcoholic beverages. When we think of preparing a cocktail, the first thing we imagine is a combination of two or more drinks with different flavors and smells that, when mixed, result in another drink with a new color, flavor and aroma. But before we start mixing nonsense -or with sense, but without much grace-, we must know more about cocktails. Something fundamental: it is an art or a discipline linked to gastronomy, with its rules and its measures, as is the case with cooking recipes. Therefore, it is very important to follow certain steps, have a prior organization and have a few basic tools to carry out this activity with some rigor.
