An account of Jose Rizal's travel to Switzerland with Maximo Viola in June of 1887. Rizal researched on the glorious history of the Swiss people, on William Tell, the Rutli Oath, etc. Afterwards he sought to inspire his own countrymen to emulate the Swiss in fighting for their liberty.
