Chaviva (Life) is a true-life story which captures the journey of childbirth in a children’s book. The story begins with a young couple, Maggie and Imma who longed to have their own babies in a small town in Northwest of London. It did not take long for them to conceive but little did they know their journey to childbirth would come with its own excitement, struggle and joy. It was the eve of their wedding anniversary when their family doctor announces to them some tumours have been discovered around Maggie’s womb. And so, her pregnancy would not be as smooth as they would expect and truly, this was the case.
