Rupert and Pip: Yoga Adventures, is a children's picture and rhyme book, aimed for children between age 3-7 years. This book "Triumphing the Bullies!" guides the reader through Rupert's dilemma, where he is having trouble with bullies at his school. Together with his little sister Pip, Rupert calls upon his inner Guru "superhero Ru", and together they practice Yoga and Mindfulness, to ease the situation, come to a solution, and to feel positive, happy, confident and at peace. The book contains a gentle sequence of movements and yoga poses, for the readers to take part in, if they wish.
