Julian Claxton is a freelance documentary photographer based in Suffolk in the UK.
He has a passion for photography, cycling and travelling and tries to combine these interests whenever possible.
He has worked on some great commissions and inspiring personal projects, including Life With The Air Ambulance.
The latest book, Behind Closed Doors, is a glimpse at life as a professional cyclist.
During the 2010 Tour of Britain, Julian was given unprecedented access to one of the British pro teams, Sigma Sport Specialized.
Throughout the tour, Julian spent the whole tour in the company of the team, enabling him to provide an insight in to the workings of a professional cycle team and for the first time, allowing access to what really happens after the finish line.
