The war is over, but the fighting continues. The expectations the Arrassian people have for their queen in peace time is for her to marry then settle down, while their president is expected to step aside as a newly elected president takes office. As Jafarr Zeldar's claim as Leader-of-Many is challenged, he and Zormna must fight to maintain the reforms they had started over five years ago. But that is just the beginning of their problems.
