Private Well Contamination in Massachusetts

The Massachusetts Special Legislative Commission on Water Supply was first established in 1977 to make an investigation and study relative to determining the adequacy of the water supply of the Commonwealth. This report was part of the Commission's effort to address water supply contamination issues in Massachusetts, and was the result of a survey and related research on private well contamination at the time of publication in 1988.
