Chronicles of Xrecent: Desires of Fate

One semester after the first series, Hikaru finds herself faced with yet another problem. To join and win the Yulla cup, a bi-annual event that involves her competing with Ziggurat Southern Branch's top students. But she can't do this alone so she's appointed with another partner that later on sends her to an even deeper problem as the search for the Anacranox, a book made by her brother that is rumored to be so informative, it's scary beyond reason. Rumors are even spreading that a death of a former student was acquainted with it. What will she do if she finds this book? More so, what will she do if she finds out about it's dark history? Will she ever get through it or will this powerful book hinder her from seeing what's truly beyond the horizon.
