The Lighter Side of Darkness

This type of poetry is different for me. It's been a long time since I've written love poems. My writing style is my own. How we present ourselves to others is what makes us unique. If we were all the same, then we wouldn't be classified as individuals. I am an individual who has spent much of my life in darkness, now I am finally able to see the light. I feel once again, I love once again, and I write once again. Don't expect me to write like you do, I have a tendency to break rules. I write what fits my mood.
