Teenage Angst tells the story of a group of teenage friends who like to think of themselves as being cool, rebellious and provocative. They smoke a lot, skip school, play tricks on each other and are always politically incorrect. They are rough and funny in their superficial, yet still very complex and deep way of dealing with life issues that is typical of teenagers. They constantly look for peer recognition, and a way to be free from societal rules and still legitimised for their behaviour. Teenage Angst faces, in a humorous way, the challenges of growing up in disadvantaged conditions within our contemporary society.
