Lead Follow Love: Companion Journal

Our goal in writing Lead Follow Love was to delve into our personal answers to challenging questions about Authority Transfer - but without filters and polish. We didn’t want to write a book that was sanitized and scrubbed. Instead we wanted it to be our private answers, largely written in a journal-style exploration of the topic. It was somewhere just after the half-way point in the writing that we realized that we were experiencing an amazing process. We were growing, sharing, exploring, learning. We were coming to understand ourselves better, and those with whom we wrote and shared. We realized, and many of you might have figured this out much sooner, that we should give the readers the opportunity to have the same experience. Simply reading our words could be half the journey and then… yes, and then they could finish the journey with their own exploration, in their own journal, in their own words! We encourage you to dig into these explorations boldly. Delve deep. Maybe share the results with a partner who is exploring alongside you.
