The Law of Thirds

Atlantis didn't perish when it sunk to the bottom of the ocean like the world was led to believe. In fact, the people of the city are still very much alive and thriving, with the exception of one law that seems to tear families apart. The fate of this city is about to rest of the shoulders of sixteen year old Eli, as he helps change the world as we know it.
