I Promise

Promises are being made each and every moment of our lives. Daily God promises heaven to His people; lottery promises wealth & riches; the government promises to take care of its citizens; a man promises to love his wife until death do them apart; expensive cars and big houses promise a man power; exercise magazines promise a man a six-pack; beautiful clothes promises a lady confidence. This simply cements an ancient truth that shows that the entire world is fashioned and ruled by promises, especially promises we choose to believe. I came to realize that in order for my life to take a certain shape that will delight my eyes, I have to start making my own personal promises and ensure that I fulfill them.
