What’s Wrong? I Don’t Know

For over 30 years, friends, strangers and doctors urged me to share my firsthand account of mental illness. They believed in my ability to use simple words to help many people understand and empathize with those afflicted with this devastating illness. Through sharing and listening to others, I now know that mental illness has no boundaries. In my book, I give glimpses into what it's like to live with mental illness. By the end of my journey, I found my way out with hope and a calm mind. Volunteer and reach out to someone you know who is suffering, visit them and remind them they are not forgotten. When supporting someone with any illness, small actions can have a powerful effect.
