About Kelly Cronk

While living in Los Angeles, Kelly Cronk became employed by a security contract company for MCA/ Universal, and assisted in handling a major security crisis, a sniper attack on the Executive Black Tower. She also worked undercover surveillance for the movie studio and eventually transitioned over to Amblin Entertainment, where she provided security for Steven Spielberg. In 1995, she was hired by DreamWorks SKG and worked at the reception desk for the executive offices. She was eventually promoted to work in Steven Spielberg's public relations office in 1997. During her entire entertainment career, she has worked with or met everyone from Elizabeth Taylor and George Clooney to John F. Kennedy Jr, and Bill Gates. Kelly has written four screenplays, one of which earned her a "double consider" from Universal Pictures and several option offers. Kelly's second career working in behavioral health has spanned over 18 years and includes working as Chief of Staff for an exclusive Malibu treatment center and as Alumni Coordinator for the very same treatment center that inspired her to get sober. Kelly has counseled over 8,400 individuals for nicotine cessation. She received her initial training through the “Quit For Life” program, based in Seattle, WA. She's also traveled as a private Sober Life Coach and facilitated hundreds of recovery workshops for anger management, codependency, creative writing, and relapse prevention.
