The Ideal Investment Checklist

Everyone is seeking the holy grail of the ideal investment. In other words, something useful, affordable, easily maintained, possibly tax deductible, income producing, and likely to appreciate greatly in value. This checklist is designed as a reference to help you make this “ideal investment” and/or to evaluate your present investments. I keep a list in my wallet of bad investment moves I admonish myself for allowing to happen. Short of inventing a time machine, the only advantage is to learn from our mistakes. This checklist is designed for use by those considering any acquisition or sale. It includes the many aspects that need to be considered that will affect your decision to buy, hold or sell.
