Dealing with reality vs expectations and surviving my mistakes

This book is based on actual events that have personally happened in my life and gives insight to people who may have been in the same situation. I hope that this will help people find the help they need and understand how to get out of the situation safely. It also has tools to become a better parent. I hope that I will be able to helo even one person in the future.
