Starting before 1878, thousands of stories were told here before a single movie was ever shown. The building was here before electricity, radio, tv and was in business during both World Wars & through the Great Depression. It was operating before the airplane was invented all the way through to when a man landed on the moon and beyond. This book aims to showcase the major turning points in the Theater’s history as well as introduce some fascinating facts along the way. OUR GOAL is to preserve this family-friendly Theater with fair prices for generations to come.
