THE STING OF MENTAL HEALTH

This book that ive worked on is to do with ill health.We all have ups and downs in life many worse than others.Mental health thats my topic.All the rubbish it throws at you is in my book how it affects daily living and how it affected me being a sufferer at a very young age.My point of this is not to scare people to let others know they dont have to suffer in silence and that we are people too.We dont have to live in the dark.Self harm is the big issue in alot of peoples lives.I spoke out through my poetry all these years no one should suffer on their own paper became my mate. Im reaching out to teenagers adults kids the elderly and carers this is my experiences of my mental illness which i still suffer today. HTML
