Born To Fly

Born in a village but destined for the global stage, broken but still believing and ruled out, yet still in the running, for life’s greatness. Born To Fly is an amalgamation of the simple and honest stories of a mere village girl from a small rural community in Botswana called Ledumadumane who rose, and continues to rise, beyond the normal dictates of an African social construct, to claim her place in the history books and in the process set an example for every young person who is disadvantaged or feels likewise. Born To Fly does not shy away from exposing personal failures and the painful moments that have shaped one of Botswana’s first female Military pilots. The book challenges everyone to dare to dream and to keep soldiering on, no matter what life throws their way.
