Out of the Chrysalis: Free To Fly, celebrates and embraces the transformation within oneself when surviving a loss. Healing after a divorce, or the death of a loved one can be extremely difficult. The author describes some personal accounts of her own struggles and compares them to what a caterpillar goes through when transforming into a beautiful butterfly. The battle within our own chrysalis is something that most of us cannot understand. The author offers her own story in the hopes that the reader will be inspired enough to begin their own journey towards transformation and in turn be free to fly.
