Graceland Thomas wants to be a professional singer. Her love for music started in childhood. When she goes off to college, life gives her more than she can handle. She meets her husband Milton who turns out to have control issues and before she knows it she is lost without the hope of returning to who she was created to be. Divorce is the option she chooses but is heartbroken for what she leaves behind. Graceland has to make decisions that are often times simple for women to make but these choices are enough to tear any women up inside.
