My Big Parrot Journal is an 8.5"x11" interactive journal with 120 pages. There are pages to simply write on. You can write about your daily life, write affirmations, ideas for projects, or just about anything you can think of. Some pages have prompts for writing gratitude. Other pages will allow you to write down your schedule, which can really be helpful when you are trying to alter your daily routine. There are some blank comic book panel pages.
