Developing a possible program and company profile for a pharmaceutical company that may have ownership of the site and surrounding areas in the year 2050. Providing strategies to cope with the predicted aging population growth by the year 2050, particularly in the health care sector. Addressing the predicted rising sea level effects on the site creating design proposals to protect the site from potential flooding. Developing an architectural response that incorporates all of the objectives and becomes a plausible prediction for the future for the site.
