Success Traits for Speaking Tests

This book approaches speaking interviews in a new way. Of course, most language testing focuses on measuring language ability, and so many textbooks focus on improving language skills and knowledge. However, for many candidates this is not their only problem on the test. Many candidates underperform on especially the speaking interview because they lack confidence, have negative misconceptions about the test, or lack simple discourse strategies. This book is designed to take what I call weaker candidates (those who underperform on the test) and turn them into strong candidates who perform at an optimum level that fully highlights their strengths while minimizing their weaknesses.
