Marlena: Sexual Indignities

The poems in this volume are not exactly about its thematic subtitle of “sexual indignities.” Rather, the poems freely, expansively and passionately explore human sexuality in its multidimensional thrusts, from the very raw and sultry act of coition to the latter as a solemn ritual between lovers and soul-mates. Consequently, this sequence of poetry ranges between the purely mundane and visceral to the indelibly and poignantly meditative.
