No reign is eternal... The White Code or the Restoring Concordance Established according to Lamesset makes a solemn announcement to the African people and all diasporas scattered all over the globe these few words: the impending emancipation of the African black continent. My word as an idealist! Africans, without their knowledge, do not know that they will soon be free and independent. I would even say more: Africans will very soon remain free, sovereign and truly independent individuals, because we all know that their official independences are in reality unofficial and therefore fictitious. What does that mean then? This means that Africans and Afro-descendants will soon enjoy all the natural resources available in their basements [...] and never again, I said never again will the black peoples of Africa be confronted from near and far with any political and/or economic pressure from the East or the West whatsoever...
