Learn to See Me is a forceful and personal reaction to prejudice as presented by wrintings and artwork of students and staff of Berkmar High School. In charcoal self-portraits, these artists juxtapose the symbols of internal and external identity, thereby challenging the viewer's perception of the "other". The drawings are paired with the artists' reflections on their own experiences with intolerance.
