I Feel Better with Music

The children’s picture-based storybook I Feel Better with Music, featuring Laura Janelle Royster’s Mother Goose and Little Bear, is for use with the arts-based curriculum and the music CD set created specifically for preschool children diagnosed with cancer. The arts-based curriculum uses music-assisted preschool learning to deliver health education, coping skills, and behavior-management techniques. The goal is to help children develop self-efficacy and self-regulation of healthy behaviors through repetition and practice of coping skills and behavior management techniques using music.
