Neuroticism and the Leadership Competencies of Transactional and Transformational Leadership

Numerous studies have demonstrated the undesirable impacts of neuroticism on leadership performance in relevant task and social domains. The goal of this dissertation is to elucidate the relationships between neuroticism (and its components) and several specific leadership competencies that had not yet been investigated to date.
