The Commissioner Robert Badinter, in directing the Commission of Arbitration in favour of peace conservation in ex-Yugoslavia area, published an announcement whereby the defence of minorities, joined or scattered is essential to preserve the peace in whole world and to prevent the breakage of peace agreement stipulated by civil nation. This book describes the Italian situation, the real threat to democracy, the absence of governance; the Italian legal system is completely corrupt; actual use of the legal institutions is not possible; the class legal and judiciary are almost always a criminal organization; the deep correlation between legal system and the economic system, the political and social system of any marital status, make Italy ungovernable.
