How do I check on the status of my order? To check on the status of your order, please follow the steps below: Step 1. You will receive an email with a tracking number once we ship your order. If you have not received this email, please check you spam mailbox. Step 2. Click on the tracking number to track your order. Step 3. You may also check the status of your order by logging into your Koyal Wholesale account here. Please click on the order history to find out more order details.
