Smoke Your Way to Quitting: A Sensible Approach to Quitting Smoking
Are you desperate to quit smoking? Have you tried quitting smoking in the past and failed? Why is quitting smoking so hard? Smoking is an addiction and a habit. Physiologically, your body is addicted to nicotine which, according to some experts, is more addictive than heroin or cocaine. But there is also the smoking habit. You get up in the morning, you light up. The phone rings, you light up. You get into the car, you light up. The “craving” isn’t always there, but the external cue is. I am proposing an easy (yes, easy) two-step program. When you hear what it is, you’ll see that it makes perfect sense. It worked for me, and it will work for you, no matter what your situation.
