This book describes the long gone African American neighborhood community in Salisbury, Maryland, known as Georgetown. Little remains of one of the oldest neighborhoods of Salisbury. Today, the location is drastically different, reflecting a history of changing landscapes in the area and in Salisbury. This serves as a glimpse into the past and as a memorial to the people who once lived there.
