Harold Boyce's ancestors are a fascinating collection of people. This family came from Europe and include such historical figures as Rollo the Viking, Charlemagne, Alfred the Great, and King John who was forced to sign the Magna Carta. John Howland and Elizabeth Tilley arrived on the Mayflower, but many other grandparents of Harold's came to America before and soon after that point, working hard to make their lives and their children's lives better. This family helped mold our young country as patriots, loyalists, Union soldiers, judges, farmers, and pastors. In this 2 volume set of books, we trace Harold's family back 47 generations through names, pictures, and documents. Volume 1 contains the first nine generations, located mostly in America.
