About The Hysterectomy Association

Hi, My name is Linda Parkinson-Hardman and I'm the owner of Crystal Clear Books. Originally set up as the publisher of my own books, it has changed into a broader publisher of books by, and for women. I have taken on my first author and her new book, Be An Author was published in August 2012. Crystal Clear Books is a British independent publisher, based in the beautiful county of Dorset, not far from the Jurrasic Coast. We specialise in publishing women’s health and books by women authors. We also ran a new short story and poetry competition for female writers and authors in conjunction with the Hysterectomy Association. This will result in publication in of our first short story anthology, to be called Hysteria, in November 2012. It is hoped that we will continue this association in coming years, expanding the opportunities for women writers and authors.
