Donald P. Van Blaricom

Donald P. Van Blaricom “Van” began his career in law enforcement in 1956 with the City of Bellevue, Washington Police Department. He left an indelible mark on law enforcement in the United States through his forward thinking leadership and his work as an expert witness. This memoir was created by Retired Police Chief Linda Pillo after hours of interviews with Retired Police Chief Van Blaricom. The purpose of this memoir is to preserve and commemorate his contribution to the law enforcement profession.
