ABCs of Feelings

The ABC's of Feelings was created to allow children to explore themselves in the discovery of their feelings as it relates to their lives. Historically, children have been tought to keep their feeling inside. When a child is aware and embraces their feelings, it provide them an access to their creativity, honesty, confidence and belonging. This book allows children to learn and understand their feelings and provides them a place to be expressive. It also provide children to connect with other children and people to discover that each human being feels the same way sometimes.
