This 6-Month Daily Wellness Tracker and Journal is to keep track of months 7-12 after keeping track of the first 6 months. It still provides you with the space to track most of your wellness habits for 6 months as well as a section each day to journal for 5 minutes. This space allows you the time to reflect on the day or to just note down important thoughts that come to you in that moment. It also includes a page for you to write down 3-5 highlights for each month so that by the end of the 6 months, you'll have an area with all your highlights for those months. This version also includes a final page to gather all highlights throughout the last 12 months, all in one place! Think of it as a wellness memory book for the year!
