Do Some People Turn a Blind Eye?
Or Is It Pointless To Speak Up With Disrespectful Words
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
Wilberforce, a lawyer in England, several hundred years ago, urged people not to turn a Blind Eye to the slavery there. He urged all people thus to speak up. But is this a valid idea, if in fact, it all so often may only result in no real change, but instead, only produce rancor? Anger, thus? And no real progress, even if some laws are passed, awards and recognition given, and even a holiday created? For, if any idea about people is said in a disrespectful manner, this author maintains that the "other" parts of what is said, are going to "go nowhere", in the end, but instead produce only bitterness in many others.
