Aunt Jo's Scrap Bag is a wonderful collection of short stories by Louisa May Alcott, the author of such classics as Little Women, An Old-Fashioned Girl, Little Men, and Hospital Sketches. These are stories that were written with the intent to both entertain the whole family and to fill young minds with wonder and delight. A charming mix of LMA's reminiscences over "her boys", some observations and some short stories she penned. If you loved the "Little Women" series or "Rose in Bloom" you may notice some common themes, and will probably enjoy this little book too.
