The 56 articles published by the Lutheran Liturgical Association between 1898 and 1906 represent a remarkable "snapshot" of the history and then-current status of Lutheran liturgy in the United States and Canada. “Altogether they unquestionably comprise the most extensive and most valuable collection of Lutheran liturgical literature in the English language,” wrote LLA President Rev. Luther Reed in the “Preface” to the Memoirs. This volume is available for the cost of printing and postage; the editor derives no profit from this volume, which is placed in the public domain.
