Our 8th grade class wrote We Looked in the Mirror and We Are Not Afraid to Tell to inspire people to dig deep inside and to come out with what they are holding in. We want teens and even adults to look in the mirror and not feel alone or scared. We hope this book will help you understand ups and downs teenagers experience. We think it’s important to see things from other people's points of view, to stand in each other’s shoes, because it helps us to understand each other and help each other out. You don’t have to say your secrets out loud, just write and get all your pain out. Taking risks is important. We want people to have courage and to not be afraid to talk about what happened in their lives.
